German guitarist Holger Weber has been around the block a few times. Following his studies with Dutch guitar legend Wim Overgaauw, Holger chose Dortmund as his home base in the late nineties. He quickly became an integral part of the scene and a much sought-after guitarist in the soul jazz and hard bop idiom.

Organist Max Blumentrath hails from Cologne. He received tutoring from renowned organists like Michael Bätzel, Larry Goldings and Joey DeFrancesco. His hard-swinging yet lyrical style avoids the cliches and pyrotechnics usually associated with the instrument.

Alex Lex is the ideal soul jazz drummer. At 28 already a seasoned veteran on the international blues scene, he has worked with blues legends like Aron Burton or Billie Boy Arnold. He very effectively combines the styles of Fred Below and Art Blakey.
